At the gateway to the Sequoia National Forest, Kern River Brewery is Kernville's only brewpub. This makes KRBC much more than just a restaurant; it's an attraction in itself. Keeping the names of the beer local, providing a simple yet diverse menu and having a comfortable place where everybody knows your name, Kern River Valley residents and visitors alike have found themselves at home.

We have two family friendly restaurants just 100 ft apart, different food options but same great beer available at each!

Sunday-Thursday 11-9 | Friday & Saturday 11-9:30

Backyard Pub

 Friday & Saturday 11-8 | Sunday 11-7 |

Monday-Thursday 12-7

Holiday Hours for both restaurants

THIS BEER IS ALL ABOUT THE HOPS

Citrus, Mango, and Pineapple aromas abound; but make no mistake, there is no fruit here, just a serious dry-hop regimen of Citra and Amarillo hops. We put in just enough malt backing to balance out the flavor, but Citra Double IPA is as close as it gets to chewing on a hop vine. Enjoy this one fresh - at least while you can get your hands on it!

NOTHING SAYS HOLIDAYS QUITE LIKE A DOUBLE IPA

Well, at least that is how we feel at Kern River Brewing Company. Originally released as our 5th Anniversary Ale back in 2011, we liked this beer so much we had to make it a yearly release. Made with Falconer's Flight hop blend, it packs plenty of citrus notes and is way more balances than Grandma's eggnog. Enjoy this seasonal treat; too bad Winter only comes once a year.
